Our exclusive 82-point inspection and maintenance program at Crane Technologies is the perfect option for keeping your equipment in proper working condition. Our factory-trained technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, following a precisely mapped inspection process focusing on every detail to prevent future problems.
Let us keep your cranes and hoists running safely and efficiently all year round. We keep your inspection records on file at our location for up to three years for your convenience and our inspectors never work on commission.
Safety Training and Preventative Maintenance
By providing operator permits to programs like Train the Trainer, we offer experienced safety training options that exceed OSHA standards. You get customized, comprehensive training programs to help keep your staff safe and productive. We can train your team at either our headquarters or your facilities. Regardless of location, our staff provides thorough, practical, and engaging training to meet your specific needs.
All of our annual OSHA inspections include preventative maintenance service options. However, some working conditions need a very specific preventative maintenance schedule to keep them running optimally.
Our philosophy as a company has always been to repair whenever possible but replace only when necessary. Best of all, our technicians are never on commission, so their focus remains only on your needs!
Small Hoist Bench Repair
Our convenient small hoist bench repair options allow you to evaluate your hoist in the most cost-effective way possible. Ship your hoist to our location and our factory-trained technicians can break it down and inspect each working piece at our state-of-the-art facility. We happily provide you with a written estimate for any necessary repairs.
If you choose not to have your hoist repaired, our staff will return it to you and apply the inspection fee toward the purchase of a new hoist or your next necessary repair. Small hoist bench repairs are priced at only $69 for hoists weighing 1 ton or smaller or $79 for any hoist over 1 ton, up to a 5-ton limit.
Runway Rail Surveys and Engineering Studies
Keeping your crane properly maintained has been proven to reduce costly repairs and downtime. We'll verify the proper alignment of your rail and crane and provide useful estimates for repairs when necessary. We also offer experienced structural repairs, mechanical repairs, and re-engineering and anti-skew solutions.

Machining Custom or Obsolete Crane Parts
Our fully staffed, on-site machine shop creates unique as well as obsolete crane parts. We have several lathes, mills, gear shapers, and planers, all 100% dedicated to crane and hoist machining. You can submit your own electronic drawings or donor parts for reproduction and get new, high-quality components that are guaranteed tough.
